Job description

What you will do:

  • You will discuss with clients and you will help them in solving their requests
  • You will learn how our products and banking services work
  • You will use around 15 banking apps in supporting your clients and your colleagues
  • Since we are close to our clients non-stop, our team works in 5 shifts with half an hour lunch break (6:30-15:00, 9:00-17:30, 11:30-20:00, 13:30-22:00, 22:00-6:30) Monday to Sunday. Every week, you have 2 free days. We do not have more than 3 night shifts in a row and the schedule is set monthly in order to meet all the needs of our colleagues.
