What can you do at a Credit Europe Bank ATM without having the card with you?

You can use your phone or smart watch to withdraw cash or check the balance, if you have a credit or debit card enrolled in ApplePay, GooglePay or another application of the type of electronic wallets.

Cash withdrawal

You can carry out cash withdrawal operations using the contactless function of the ATM, either by bringing the card closer to the reading sensor, without having to insert it into the ATM, or by using any other device with a contactless function that has an electronic wallet type application installed: phone or smart watch.

Balance inquiry

You can check the amounts available in the accounts related to your cards, regardless of the issuing bank, using the contactless function of the ATM both with the card and with the mobile phone or smart watch.

Operations you can do with the card, simply by approaching the contactless sensor:
Cash Deposit*

Bring the card closer to the contactless sensor to be authenticated. Later you can deposit cash by entering the cash amount in the slot dedicated to this operation. Follow the instructions on the ATM screen that will guide you through the process.

Payment of credit card installments*

You can deposit cash into your credit card account or transfer money from another debit account held at Credit Europe Bank. To authenticate, it is necessary to bring your card closer to the contactless sensor.

Money transfer*

You can transfer money from your current / debit account to your accounts held at Credit Europe Bank, including savings account or credit card.

Extras de cont*

You can generate a mini account statement in which you can check the last 10 transactions of your main card: payments made, withdrawals or cash deposits.
